No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any grocery products sold through our website.

  • You have carefully reviewed the items in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
  • You understand the products you are ordering, including their brand, size, quantity, and description.
  • You are purchasing these items voluntarily and accept that they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once your order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not accept returns, we want every customer to receive the correct products in good condition.

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • A refund for the affected item.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
